The lady that runs this place is here on Mondays and Thursdays. I can get along with her well and she seems to be nice and friendly. It's got quite a bit of security because to get into the building, you need a key, and then you need another key to get inside the rest of the building. When I first moved in, they gave me five keys, but then I lost one when I fell. The lady said that I don't have to worry about it, because she'll get another one for me. I told her that I also needed one for the mailbox, because I didn't get one.

Summer is not so bad because you can park on the near by street and walk through the grounds, but in winter there is too much snow for that. There seems to be some logic in the design as third floor apartments have closer garages, and first floor has the furthest, but with all the garages off one side of the property it makes matters worse. Ultimately this is a minor gripe, and one all too likely to have at most Fargo apartments that do not utilize underground options. Ratings are on a scale of 1 to 10 and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data.
PRG does not care about the safety of their tenants and uses a contractor that does not actually inspect or service the fire extinguishers. The one time the contractor did service the fire extinguishers, they took all of the extinguishers out of the building and did not leave replacements behind! 3 floors, 30 apartments in the building, and not one single fire extinguisher for over an 8 hour period. What would have happened if there had been a fire? There is a reason that they have so many open units - trust me, don't waste your time with these apartments or with this company. These sophisticated one and two-bedroom apartment homes will complement your lifestyle.
